CLASSES

We hold a variety of Yoga classes, from traditional to modern styles, including asanas (physical postures), alignments, breath work, Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) and relaxation. You can find the class that suits your needs according to your level and availability.

You can purchase a day pass, or sign up for three to an unlimited number of classes, We offer daily meditation sessions, with no previous experience necessary.

Meditations are included in the schedule and are donation based, our way to share with our community. Book your place in advance, and enjoy!

PRIVATE CLASSES

These sessions are perfect for those seeking to deepen their practice or enjoy one-on-one attention in a private setting. Classes can be held at our Yoga Center or in the comfort of your home.

Private yoga classes and sound healing sessions are guided by Satvika, the studio’s founder, with +20 year of teaching experience, offering a high-quality, personalized experience tailored to individual needs.

We also cater to groups, providing experienced teaching, yoga equipment, and props to ensure a seamless practice.

Whether starting your yoga journey or refining your skills, Satvika’s expertise guarantees a professional and enriching experience.

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

We are a Registered Yoga School internationally recognized by Yoga Alliance, offering a 200-hour Teacher Training Course in Hatha Yoga.

Our program is conducted In-Person on weekends at our center in Santa Eulària, Ibiza and as an Online Format, making it ideal for those balancing other commitments.

Deepen your practice and begin your journey as a certified yoga teacher in a supportive and inspiring environment.
